Terms of Service
Last updated: March 16, 2026
These terms govern use of FBR Digital Invoicing provided by Integron Technologies. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
The service
FBR Digital Invoicing helps you prepare, validate, and submit digital invoices through FBR/IRIS interfaces you connect. We provide software tools; we are not the Federal Board of Revenue and do not issue tax determinations on FBR’s behalf.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate business and contact information.
- You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and FBR tokens.
- New accounts may require administrator approval before full access.
- Taxpayer features may require an active subscription as communicated in the product.
Acceptable use
You may only use the platform for lawful invoicing and related business operations. You must not attempt to disrupt the service, access other customers’ data, or misuse FBR credentials that you are not authorized to use.
Invoice accuracy
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of invoice data submitted to FBR, including buyer details, HS codes, rates, and amounts. Validation tools reduce errors but do not guarantee FBR acceptance.
Availability & changes
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. FBR or third-party API outages can affect submission. We may update features and these terms; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of material updates where permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Integron Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for tax penalties arising from invoice content you submit. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to fees you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim.
