Integron Technologies (“we”, “us”) operates FBR Digital Invoicing to help businesses in Pakistan create, validate, and submit FBR digital invoices. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

• Account details such as name, email address, business name, NTN/CNIC, and address.
• Configuration data needed for FBR submission (for example API tokens you provide).
• Invoice and buyer records you create in the product.
• Support messages and basic technical logs (for example sign-in time and error traces).

How we use information

• To provide and improve FBR Digital Invoicing.
• To authenticate users, process invoices, and communicate about the account.
• To troubleshoot issues and keep the service secure.
• To meet legal or regulatory requests when required.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with infrastructure providers that host the application, email delivery services, and with FBR/IRIS when you choose to validate or submit invoices. Access for administrators is limited to operating the platform.

Retention & security

We retain account and invoice data while your account is active and as needed for compliance, dispute resolution, and legitimate business records. We use industry-standard safeguards such as encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls.

Your choices

You may request account updates or deletion by contacting subhani.lhr57@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained for legal or audit reasons after deletion of login access.
